Getting familiar with your skis
Introduction to the short skis and their integrated skins. We start slowly, learning how to move, turn and control the skis on flat ground.

First glides on easy terrain
We begin on flat, open snow, giving you time to get a feel for the skis without any challenging terrain.

Into the snowy forest
Once you're comfortable, we enter the forest. On gentle terrain, you practise small climbs and descents and see how the skins grip in soft snow.
- 04
Through the Lapland woods
With the basics in place, we continue through quiet snow-covered woods and open clearings, away from prepared trails and crowds. In December and January, headlamps are used when needed.
- 05
Gentle return
We make our way back at an easy pace, with a last chance to enjoy the skis and the quiet forest before finishing the tour.
